[SI-LIST] Cref, Vref and Vmeas in IBIS file

Hello SI Experts,

 

Could you please tell me about how different SI tools consider the effect of 
Cref, Rref, Vmeas values for timing measurement? I want to know how exactly the 
tool reads these values or for what kind of calculations the tool reads these 
values and how exactly it uses it for timing calculation.
