[SI-LIST] Creating IBIS Electrical Board Descriptions

Thanks to all who pointed me to the IBIS 3.2 EBD details. Now I know what is
needed to model a multi-chip package.

Now, I'm wondering what tools are available to automate the substrate-to-EBD
process. It should be similar to PCB-to-EBD process.
Does anybody know of any EBD creation tools? File formats required?

Creating this file manually for a complex MCP would be tedious and
error-prone.
