Pawel,

I believe you'll find everything that you need in "Microstrip Lines and 
Slotlines", K.C. Gupta, et. al., Chapter 7, "Coplanar Lines: Coplanar 
Waveguide and Coplanar Strip."  However, any good field solver will also 
be able to provide the information that you need.
