Zhangkun, I am not aware of any really good literature on the 
subject.  There are many facets to a robust, truly hot plug design, and 
some companies keep this information as trade secrets.  Maybe the lack of 
really good books helps keep consultants like me in business.  My best 
advice is to follow the current, all of it.
