[SI-LIST] Components Assembly Cost

Hi All,
         Can someone tell me that what are the factors considered by the PCB
Assembly houses in determining the cost for PCB components
population/Assembly. Also I would like to have the name of popular but cheap
PCB Assembly Houses in North America.
