Doug,

As far as I can interpret you are OK if the length is
matched. But if there is enough length mismatch for
any significant time the clock transitions will sqew
and the signals will be differential for the duration
of the sqew.

Whether this causes a problem or not would depend
on how tightly coupled the lines were and how much
reflection could be tolerated in the design .
