Hermann I hope you meant S2P and not S1P.  You cannot get accurate 
through measurements from the reflection only measurements.  If you 
could we could save a lot of lab time.  If you have all the S2P 
combinations then you have what you need to put together the 4 port 
file.  ADS and Microwave Office have the function built in, and there 
should be a matlab script lying around the www.
