While working for Lucent Technologies, I modeled a lot of SMA to PCB
interfaces.  I always found it important to include a portion of the lower
coaxial structure of the connector, any standoff from the board, etc.  If
possible, I used real center conductor and outer conductor dimensions and
correct dielectric constant.  If not readily available, I would substitute
measured center conductor dimensions, PTFE dielectric constant (~2.2) and
outer conductor diameter to yield 50 Ohms.
