The problem is not that there is no standard, the problem is that there
is a plethora of standards. The standard with the longest heredity is
probably MJSQ (T11.2). A fairly recent contribution is the Jedec DDR II
Clock Timing and Jitter specification (addendum to JESD 79-2R2). =3D20

It is amazing how much attention jitter gets, considering there
is no standard for it. Lyndell

Hi Kanak,
There is a wealth of literature available on the web regarding jitter. A
=3D3D3D
good introduction to jitter can be found at =3D3D3D
<http://cp.literature.agilent.com/litweb/pdf/5988-9109EN.pdf>. There are
=3D3D3D
many other white papers, ap notes, etc at <www.agilent.com/find/jitter>.

Subject: [SI-LIST] Clock jitter
-- Attached file included as plaintext by Ecartis --
Hi All,
Can anyone explain about clock jitter and the parameters associated with
=3D3D3D
it?
I find many parameters like
1) Deterministic Jitter
2) Random jitter
3) RMS jitter
4) Peak to peak jitter
5) Accumulated jitter.
6) Phase jitter
or is there any literature available for the same?
Thanks
~Kanak
