Hi Edi,
You can measure input die capacitance using TDR oscilloscope, for example
Tektronix TDS 8000 or similar instrument. There basically at least two
approaches: JEDEC type and integral calculations from true impedance profile
(multiple reflections have been removed). Both of this approaches are
implemented in IConnect software, and lots of our customers use it. You can
read more about these approaches in the application note Measurement of
Input and Output Die Capacitance for M-LVDS and Other Signal Standards, just
