[SI-LIST] Re: Capacitance Matrix

Richard, I do not have Eric's book handy, but as I recall he does show how 
to obtain the SPICE matrix and the text details how to get from the SPICE 
to the Maxwell matrix and vice-versa.  It is really quite simple, the 
on-diagonal values are the same and the off diagonal values are negative 
for Maxwell, positive for SPICE.
