[SI-LIST] Capacitance Matrix

Greetings All,

In Eric Bogatin's book, Signal Integrity-Simplified, one of his sections is
on the Maxwell Capacitance Matrix and 2D Field Solvers (section 10.6). In
it, he lists six steps to calculate the capacitance between each conductor.
However, an example using the six steps was not given. Can someone in the
SI-List point me in the right direction for such an example? I do have
Clayton Paul's book, and both of John Howard's high frequency design books,
but they don't have what I am looking for.
