[SI-LIST] Re: Cadence Spectre Waveforms

Do a screen capture and drop it into MS paint? To do this, hit =
alt-prtscrn in the active window, and then ctl-v in MS paint. Then copy =
the parts of interest, make a new screen, drop that cut portion =
(copy/paste) and save as .jpg or whatever. Then, you can import that =
into ppt or whatever you want. Alternatively, just copy/paste into the =
.ppt file.

Subject: [SI-LIST] Cadence Spectre Waveforms

Hi All,
=20
While running Spectre in the Cadence Affirma Analog Circuit Design =
Environment, how=20
can one export the output waveforms to a Microsoft Office (Word, =
Powerpoint, etc.)
document ? For instance, when you plot the results of say a Transient =
Analysis in
a Waveform Window how can you take the plotted waves and transfer them =
to a
Word or Power Point Document ?
=20
I know it can be done because I am looking at some Word documents with =
Spectre
output plots. {Maybe you have to run Spectre outside the Cadence icfb =
framework,
that is run it using the command line option?}
=20
Any assistance will be much appreciated. Thanks,
=20
Juzer
