[SI-LIST] Cadence Spectre Waveforms

Hi All,
 
While running Spectre in the Cadence Affirma Analog Circuit Design Environment, 
how 
can one export the output waveforms to a Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, 
etc.)
document ?  For instance, when you plot the results of say a Transient Analysis 
in
a Waveform Window how can you take the plotted waves and transfer them to a
Word or Power Point Document ?
 
I know it can be done because I am looking at some Word documents with Spectre
output plots.  {Maybe you have to run Spectre outside the Cadence icfb 
framework,
that is run it using the command line option?}
 
Any assistance will be much appreciated.  Thanks,
