[SI-LIST] Re: Burried capacitor and resistor design

1) High Speed Digital system such as telecommunication board and ones want
    to make the board small.
2) I think the tolerance is dependant on the material of etching factor in
case of Buried resistor.
But I don't know about the Buried capacitor. It might be good idea to
analize the power deliver
   with simulation tools.
3) In south korea, there is one time on the communication system only to
research and develop.
4) Stub Length maybe become short therefore the source reflection will be
very small or unconsiderable.

Have a good day!

Subject: [SI-LIST] Burried capacitor and resistor design

Dear All:

Happy new year!

I would like to have some information on "Burried capacitor and resistor
design". Typical issue like:

1). What kind of end product requires of this design?
2). What kind of torlerance may allowable for this?
3). How is the trend?
4). what kind of effect may have impact on this for high speed design?

Thanks in advance!

Have a nice day!
