Offir, if you are just looking for a capacitance value only, then find 
out where the VRM impedance reaches 70% of the target impedance, and 
calculate the capacitance needed to match the target impedance magnitude 
at that frequency.  Manage the phase with ESR so as to avoid resonance 
problems.
