[SI-LIST] Big Hspice Netlist Question

Dear Expert
In my simulation, there is a big HSPICE netlist. When I run it, the computer 
tells me that the memory is not enough. Could any expert help me to solve this 
problem?

In the netlist, there are 16000 pieces of inductors and 19200 pieces of 
resistor. Is it possible to simulate this kind of netlist?

Any advice would be helpful.
