Hi,

I just wanted to find out about the fact that " Lumped model overestimates the
noise voltage" is it due to the fact that it ignores high frequency components
and attenuation is proportional to the frequency, the higher the frequency the
higher the attenuation.

Where as a distributed model consider high frequency components and eattenuates
the noise voltage.

Can anyone please clarify, how the attenuation constant of simple lumped model
and the attenuation constant of 2-segment distributed model are related at high
and low frequencies?

Thanks
Haritha
