[SI-LIST] Ansoft Q2D

Hi,
 
In the latest version of this tool, does it have capability to export a
broadband tabular RLGC model in Hspice format for 2D transmission lines
automatically ? In the older version I used, I have to manfully convert
the Q2D results into a format Hspice can recognize.
 
Also, can we define frequency dependent Dk and sweep across wide
frequency range ? On older version if I put a "function" in Dk value, Df
is ignored. Is that still the case ?
 
Or if you can suggest an alternative tool that do the same, that will be
helpful too.
