Hah, well, not much cryptography is involved - although it may look
really cryptic for the untrained eye :-).
For someone who has programmed some mail (MIME) stuff, it is obviously
base64 encoded, below is the decoded message.
 However, something in the mailing software has been disobeying
because the content was denoted as being encoded "8bit" where
it should have been denoted as "base64".
