 Amkor is currently looking for a Sr. Staff Engineer, Flipchip Electrical
Engineer for the chandler, Arizona ofice. As part of the characterization
and SI team, the successful candidate would need to have a strong
background in computer architecture, silicon I/O designs and layout.
Experience in high-speed design using CMOS, ECL, LVTTL, PECL and signal
integrity field is highly desirable. The major responsibilities will
include optimizing die bump-out and substrate layout for chipset and
graphic products; exploring routing and bump configuration changes the
could lower the substrate complexity and cost.

A B.S. degree is required, MBA is preferred. A minimum of 7 years related
