Dear "Crazy Engineer" John, I'm not sure if you are a CadStar sales droid or an overzelous junior Zuken employee, but you didn't really have to fake your identity. I think the sky wouldn't have caved in and the list would have tolerated if you just said to Rafael not to discount the latest version of CadStar because it's heaps better and just give him a link to explore it in more details. Without wanting to give you tips for the future, you sure ain't talk like an engineer but you sure talk like a salesperson.
