[SI-LIST] Re: About via model!

Dear Jack,

The assumptions behind my rather crude via capacitance approximation
are discussed in the following article, along with some better
data.

Subject: [SI-LIST] About via model!

Hi All SI Friends:
I would like to build up a simple via model, my XFX3D (innoveda) only can
calculate CAP_only. Is there any free software to calculate a signal via? (
I know there is a simplified formula in Dr. Johnson's High Speed Digital
Design, but I think there is an unclear constraints or conditions for real
via situation). Any recommanded is highly appreciated! Thanks!
Jack
