Hi Fangod,
It sounds like you are using a geometric U-element model (level=3, elev=1).
There are recommended ranges for the dimensions you can specify for this model.
Any parameter specified outside the minimum and maximum for each geometric
parameter will give you a warning. See the HSPICE Signal Integrity User Guide,
chapter 5, table 35 Recommended Ranges for more information.

when i follow the example of Simulating Circuits with Signetics Drivers<
HSPICE User Guide Signal Integrity, version B-2008.09.pdf>,i found a warning
like this: **warning** The model 0:ustrip is out of valid range.
and **warning** conductance of 0. on node 0:tlout2
iter= 1.
i check my list,and i'm sure it is the same as the example on HSPICE User
Guide ,who konws the reason?
and how to deal with the warning,please tell me,thanks!
