Mahesh,
The followings are the two "original" papers on AWE (Asymptotic Waveform
Evaluation) and NILT (Numerical Inverse Laplace Transform):
L.T.Pillage and R.A.Rohrer, "Asymptotic waveform evaluation for timing
analysis", IEEE Trans. Computer Aided Design, pp.352-366, 1990.
J.R.Griffith and M.S. Nakhla, "Time-domain analysis of lossy coupled
transmission lines", IEEE Trans. Microwave Theory and Techniques, Vol.38,
pp.1480-1487, Oct. 1990.
Hope this helps,
Ji
