Vref = 1.4V
Rref = 50
Cref = 50pF

now you have to find out what Vmeas was used for testing and you'll have a 
complete timing reference load for your IBIS model.

I am trying to get the AC operating test condition of SODIMM like SDRAM
datasheet.

Can I apply the test circuit in ICX or Specctraquest like this?

                         |

                         |
                        GND

Is there anyone who knows about making AC operating test condition in SI
program or real world?
