[SI-LIST] AC operating Test condition of SODIMM.?

Good moring folks.

I am trying to get the AC operating test condition of SODIMM like SDRAM
datasheet.

Can I apply the test circuit in ICX or Specctraquest like this?

                       1.4V
                         |
                        50ohms
                         |
output----------------
                         |
                         50pF
                         |
                        GND

Is there anyone who knows about making AC operating test condition in SI
program or real world?

Any comment is O.K.
