[SI-LIST] AC coupling caps on PCI-e

Hi Gurus,What is the placement guideline followed for AC coupling caps on PCI-e 
lanes, apart from the constraint that  capacitors for coupled traces in a 
differential pair at the same location along the differential traces.  
Place them as close to each other as possible Whether placing these caps nearer 
to driver or receiver have any significance?RegardsVinod
