Cortex,

I strongly suggest reading each of those citations carefully, as well 
as Dr. Eric Bogatin's "Signal Integrity Simplified" and Lee Ritchey's 
test reports on 90 degree bends.  Eric's book is the best 
quantitative report that I have seen, and his model matches measured 
test results obtained with state of the art equipment.
