Kevin,
Stackup A is easier (cheaper) for the board shop, would be inherently more
warp resistant, and would require only edge-coupled crosstalk analysis.
Stackup B will require both broadside and edge coupled crosstalk analysis on
layers 4&5. However, both should work fine.
