[SI-LIST] 40 Gb/s serial link driver

Hi All,
    I am looking for electrical specs for driver and receivers capable of 
running a serial link at 40Gb/s.  I am also interested in any vendors who 
have shipping 10Gb/s serial interfaces as well.
Any pointers to data, data sheets, or devices would be much appreciated.
