For those of you who have not heard - we lost Scotty very unexpectedly.
She worked a dog show on Friday, was supposed to have lunch with her son on
Saturday and did not show. Her best friend Betsy Hartwig tried calling her
several times on Saturday and early Sunday with no response. Finally Betsy
along with another friend went to the house and there was no response. So
they called the police for a welfare check, secured the dogs, went inside
and found her. Scotty was still in the clothes she had had on at the show,
so they are guessing she had a heart attack sometime around 5pm on Friday.
She passed just about six weeks after her husband.
Many have known Scotty for many many years. I personally had known her
since 1987.
