[shell-coding] portable window handle to exe code

Hello shell-coders,

Some of you might know me for coding rymshot, compiling with cygwin,
nonetheless. Others say I'm lagged on irc, but I wanted to make it
clear that's not true - I'm just lagged in general life, is all.
Actually, I'm replying to a thread from the begining of the month.
Figured I had to start somewhere, and since I was coding that about
the same time the thread was developping, but I wasn't aware of this
list then, it only fit that I share my solution, even if I'm a little
late.

Head over to http://tools.waglo.com:8888/handle2exe/ to get the goods.
I read about the attachment problems, I didn't want to test it myself.
If the odd port number is giving anyone trouble, let me know and I'll
see what I can do about it.

Now to tell you a little about myself, I'm gonna answer that question
about VB: although I haven't used a development language by microsoft
in at least 5 years, and I never touched VB at all (I did some Delphi
not too long ago), I still don't want to say I've never coded in
basic. Instead, let me take you back to the good old days of the Adam
computer. I had it running CP/M 2.2, a lot like DOS actually. And it
came with, you guessed, ms basic. A few years later I graduated to
basica, gw basic, qbasic, and eventually to quickbasic.

I promised this a couple of times already, but now that I'm back, so
to speak, I'll release a new rymshot that won't depend on the cygwin
dlls. I know a lot of you are going to appreciate that.

Speaking of cygwin, I'd like to hear what other weird dev. environment
are used to write shells and modules. Care to share with us?
