well, something like that might be done if the litestep window is made
topmost like rabidcow suggested.. the modules don't usually "try to be
ontop" and interfere with one another though, do they? they make a call to
make themselves WS_EX_TOPMOST, which simply keeps them above regular
windows, but they don't usually make any effort to stay "topmost of the
topmost" or anything .. ?
