Hi. Sorry I haven't added anything so far. Life's been *really*
busy--changing jobs, getting ready for my kid; Real Life(tm) stuff.
As I've said before, I'm making this up as I go along.

In the meantime, all I've been able to do is look at the sources of
emerge, PureLS, LiteStep (but not even the latest snapshots), bb4win,
and trying to figure out what else (aside from the items that have
been mentioned in this thread) could be moved to be
"shell-independent" (ugh; what an ugly phrase).

Mostly, I've been trying to figure out a name for the project. I have
this sickness, wherein I can't do more than twiddle my thumbs until I
can figure out a name for the project. I've been toying with the name
"onerunnr"; I use GCC , and the flag to link a library is `-l'. For
those too lazy to figure it out, that comes out to `-lonerunnr' on the
command line, which is intended as a sort of homage to original author
of LiteStep (well, one of them, anyway).

I'd originally wanted to figure out a way to get nivenh into the list
(him being the author of the first open source Win32 shell rep,
according to desktopian's shell tree), but I figured LiteStep has made
a bigger splash on the shell rep scene. No offense meant to nivenh.

What do you guys think?
