Of course. I guess you have to assume enough knowledge so that
the idea of writing a tutorial is no longer insane :).

Try me for instance - I know basic C/C++ syntax (enough to write
my research programs) but don't know much about windows
programming.

Maybe when you reference something that's outside of "Easy C/C++
Stuff", include a link to some docs or a C/C++ tutorial or
something, so that if a reader is lacking in knowledge - they can
beef it up.

Definitely. I also encourage the BB4Win+variants and Bluebox to
get some plugin tutorials out there. A shell can never have too
many plugins right? :)

Maduin: The only thing I know of out there about LS Module coding
is one of the old joeblade tutorials by Azathoth (from around
2001). http://shell-shocked.org/article.php?id=162

I don't know how much of that is still relevant.
