The list has it's ups and downs, unfortunately, it's been on a downward
trend recently. ilm posted a little bit a while back, but unfortunately,
he's disappeared again (if memory serves he was busy with Real Life).

Unfortunately, the interest in alt. shells also seems to have cooled off
as well (guess a lot of people are on the Linux bandwagon).

As for solving undocumented calls (and/or understanding some of the
archaic win32 calls) I'm all for it. A pet project of mine is trying to
get SetShellWindow and SetShellWindowEx to work nicely with using Windows
Explorer as a file manager. That's what actually sparked the
SHChangeNotifyRegister discussion, since windows doesn't refresh the
'save' dialogs when an application other than explorer sets itself as the
shell window (using the SetShellWindow function).

Cheers!
