I forgotten ...

The easiest way is to create your Menu in for example the index.html file, when
it looks good and work ....
1) copy the code ...
2) Create an empty Include file from the File Menu - New - SEEdit Blank Include
File
3) Paste the Code into the new Include file
4) Save the Include File ... use an name like "mainmenu.txt"

5) Select the code again in the original FIle (index.html)
6) Insert Include File from the Insert Menu
7) It is now possible to just Insert the Include File in the other documents ...
