           I think that  there will not have any tick in your secure
action that  is problems
  for solution follow this steps

1. First login is as normal user
2. After that click -> Application -> System tools-> Login screen setup
3 it ask a password of your root
4 after that u will get a screen
5 In that click security
6 after that tick the secure action & other sub menu's
