Dear Sir,

Try clicking the Apply button again. It will ask you to enter a CD
(Binary 1 or 2) to the drive. Binary 1 means CD1 and Binary 2 is CD2.
Insert the disk as asked for,

The same method can be applied here. When the installation of selected
packages are complete, the Apply button will be grayed/disabled. If it
is enabled then it means installation is not completed.
