1.Last panel is unable to delete (please refer attachment)
2.To view currently opened programs in panel even though its window is
minimised (like task bar in windows) please do the following.
Right click on any free space in the bottom panel and select "add to panel"
and select the launcher "windows list" from the list box.
To get switch between opened programs add "Windows scwitcher" in the panel

2. What happens when an application is minimised? Is there a place (like
task bar in windows) from where you can get it back?
