[School-GNU-Linux] Re: need help on it@school version

      if your doesnot get gui it because of two problem first identify your
graphic card and your mouse interface then do the following things
  1. first login as root
   2.type this command .dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86
   3. then you get blue screen then reconfigure your graphic card and mouse
configuration correctly.
  4. after the configuration type this command /etc/init.d/gdm restart.
  5. then you will get GUI.
