[School-GNU-Linux] mid term cd installation

Sir,
The installation of mid term IT Practical CD shows some problems as
listed below.
1) In lite version some computers shows the message after installation as
" Missing resources folder. Aborting..Reinstall" and could not register
school and conduct Exam.
2) In new version some computers the CD could not mount and add CD ROM
and could not install and conduct Exam.But actually the cd mounts and can
open the contents except at the time of installation.Tried eject -n
...........etc but all in vain.

please provide any solution for this........
