[School-GNU-Linux] Configuring BSNL modems for Broadband

Hello All,

Setting up the username and password in the modem is the easiest way
to get broadband in GNU/Linux. It is also possible to connect the
modem directly to the switch and share internet if you use this
method.

The DNS should be the one provided by BSNL ( 218.248.240.23,
218.248.240.135) or you can use the opendns (208.67.222.222,
208.67.220.220)
