inviting profess= ionals to join as: 

SITE SUPERINTENDENT
= 
Key Responsibilities:
The role reports to the Project Manager to ove= rsee and manage all Marine
Activities such as Dredging, Reclamation, Piling= , and Jetty Construction
Works. He will ensure that the Marine Activities g= oals and objective are
met and carried out professionally, efficiently and = within the budget
guidelines.

Requirements:
=E2=80=A2 Male, > 27 = years old. 
=E2=80=A2 Bachelor degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Marine En= gineering (or
related fields) or in Naval Architecture. 
=E2=80=A2 Minim= um 5 years of experience in the analysis and design of
Marine activities in= cluding concept selection, analysis, and sizing.
Preferably with some expos= ure to operations and or project execution. 
=E2=80=A2 Ability to coach = and enroll staff in safe work practices. 
=E2=80=A2 Basic to skillful ap= plication in the area of fracture mechanics,
fitness for service, cathodic = protection, geotechnical foundation.
Knowledge of the applicable industry = standards such as API, ISO, BS, ASME,
NACE, ANSI as well as company=E2=80= =99s specifications. 
=E2=80=A2 Trained in Advanced Accident/Incident In= vestigation, Safety
Auditing, move smart and STOP. 
=E2=80=A2 The desire= to challenge conventional practice, using innovation
and new technology to= reduce both capital and operating costs. 
=E2=80=A2 Displays good inter= personal and communication skills and has
worked successfully and comfortab= ly in a multi-ethnic environment 
=E2=80=A2 Self motivated and able to w= ork independently 
=E2=80=A2 The ability to define and prioritize issues= and then solve the
problems through networking with other team members or = outside the company
as required. 
=E2=80=A2 Be able to function effectiv= ely in a wide range of roles from
team member to job/task leader. 
=E2= =80=A2 Has shown ability to network and maintain useful contacts in the
mar= ine industry, Practical computing skills. 
=E2=80=A2 Good oral and writt= en in English and communication skills. 
=E2=80=A2 Experience with offsh= ore construction and installation projects
is helpful 
=E2=80=A2 Willing= to work in remote locations.
