Operations IT Analyst
= 
Responsibilities:
=E2=80=A2 Provide timely information to CSO (Custo= mer Service Operation)
onthe performance of CSO in order that timely decis= ions are made to ensure
service level is met (including KPI reporting and a= nalysis)
=E2=80=A2 Proactive in all forecasting, scheduling and reportin= g functions
to optimise productivity and utilisation of contact centre=E2= =80=99s
resources
=E2=80=A2 Responsible for efficient operations, includ= ing telephony,
infrastructure, ERP and non-ERP applications
=E2=80=A2 Pr= ovide first level service and system support related by
monitoring transact= ions and providing the support function to initiate and
maintain accurate t= ransactional data
=E2=80=A2 Create, analyse, and report KPI=E2=80=99s an= d service level
performance for CSO, providing daily, weekly, monthly and a= d hoc reports
inthe stipulated timeframes and as required by the CSO Manag= er, team
leaders or quality assurance
=E2=80=A2 Regularly review operati= ons performance and be able to provide
immediate snapshot views on health o= f operations, summarising findings for
operations teams and individuals
= =E2=80=A2 Maintain complete accurate data records regarding performance
met= rics of individuals and the operations
=E2=80=A2 Involved in CSO IT deve= lopments, Sun System remodeling and Sun
System implementation or any other = initiative that impacts Customer
ServiceOperations.

Requirements:=E2=80=A2 Bachelor=E2=80=99s Degree from reputable university
=E2=80= =A2 Understanding/working knowledge of the CSC (Customer Service
Centr= e) Strategy Process methodology
=E2=80=A2 Good level of knowledge of Sun= System, MS Office, Windows and
Internet as well as above average PC skills= 
=E2=80=A2 Technical background and excellent understanding of customer =
service technologies, that includes ERP system in OU environment not only f=
or transactional processing, but also for supplying information to support =
customer facing area, process KPIs, etc
=E2=80=A2 Work very well in a te= am, coordinating and providing guidance to
CSP (Customer Service Profession= al) and all involved in the process of
servicing customer
=E2=80=A2 Demo= nstrate commercial awareness - ability to manage budgets and
reduce operati= on costs
=E2=80=A2 Demonstrate strong time management skills enabling fl= exibility
torespond to urgent customer needs
=E2=80=A2 Technical Englis= h Level a must along with excellent analytical
skills.
