B= 2B Direct Field Based Account Manager (Metal Industry)

Responsibilit= ies:
=E2=80=A2 Deal with key accounts and other direct B2B customers
= =E2=80=A2 Plan customer calls and visits to provide appropriate level of
se= rvice to existing and new customers with a focus on retaining/expanding
exi= sting business relationships
=E2=80=A2 Increase the value for existing S= hell customers through cross,
range and up selling
=E2=80=A2 Understand = the activity, business and needs of customers,
providesound information an= d advice on products and services, and to sell
and negotiate win-win soluti= ons with customers
=E2=80=A2 Plan, monitor and achieve individual and te= am sales targets
(e.g.revenue, margin, growth, and trade debtor target)=E2=80=A2 Develop,
update, maintain and communicate the account plan
= =E2=80=A2 Review and plan customer business, products, service packages,
co= ntracts, prices, credit terms, credit limits and, debt
=E2=80=A2 Carry o= ut negotiations with customers, prepare quotations and
proposals and agree = on all operational requirements (including price,
contract, payment terms a= nd services)
=E2=80=A2 Work with other Shell teams and third parties (e.= g. KAM, OBAM,
SM, Distributors, etc.) where necessary to provide an efficie= nt and cost
effective service to the customer.

Requirements:
=E2= =80=A2 Bachelor=E2=80=99s Degree from reputable university
=E2=80=A2 Dem= onstrate strong time management skills enabling flexibility
torespond to u= rgent customer needs
=E2=80=A2 Demonstrate honesty, results oriented and= willingness to
continuously improve skills
=E2=80=A2 Demonstrate good t= eam work
=E2=80=A2 Technical English level a must
=E2=80=A2 Excellent= analytical skills
=E2=80=A2 Able to demonstrate the required competenci= es at
recruitment/assessment centre
=E2=80=A2 Good working knowledg= e of the customer=E2=80=99s operations and
financials and aware of speciali= st sources of information
=E2=80=A2 Working knowledge of CRM tools
= =E2=80=A2 Basic understanding of Microsoft Office software an advantage.
