Junior Retail Business Dovel= opment Planner

Responsibilities :
=E2=80=A2 Handle day to day est= ate management and administer rates process
=E2=80=A2 Manage issues and = handle correspondence of neighbors, landlords,
local authorities and tenant= s
=E2=80=A2 First contact point on property matters for internal stakeho=
lders
=E2=80=A2 Get land title documents checked from government offices= 
=E2=80=A2 Establish contact with developing townships
=E2=80=A2 Cond= uct road mapping and identify landlords (contacts)

Requirements :=E2=80=A2 A few years working experience in property
brokerage.
=E2=80= =A2 Strong negotiation skills
=E2=80=A2 Mobility is essential

CAD= Drafter

Responsibilities :
=E2=80=A2 Layout and detail developme= nt in CAD
=E2=80=A2 Document controlling
=E2=80=A2 Quantity take off = when needed

Requirements :
=E2=80=A2 Technical school/university;= Building/structural/civil
=E2=80=A2 Minimum 5 years, with broad ex= tent in construction CAD drawings
=E2=80=A2 Special attention to detaili= ng works and strong
documentation/filling management

Constructi= on Engineer

Responsibilities :
=E2=80=A2 To obtain construction p= ermits
=E2=80=A2 To manage the performance of civil contractors
=E2= =80=A2 To complete construction projects within time, cost and quality
obje= ctives 

Requirements :
=E2=80=A2 Essential : Degree in Civil Engi= neering
=E2=80=A2 Past construction experience, preferably on medium sca= le
projects
=E2=80=A2 Safety and Quality experience
=E2=80=A2 Evidenc= e of Project Management, Vendor and
=E2=80=A2 Contractor Management
= =E2=80=A2 Post government liaison work desirable

Territory Sales Sup= ervisor
1 for Jakarta, 1 for Medan, 1 for Bandung area

Responsibi= lities :
=E2=80=A2 Achieve sales targets for sell out for Distributor=E2=80=A2
Implementation of marketing activities
=E2=80=A2 Sustain merc= handising activities in the assigned territory and
channel
=E2=80=A2 Tog= ether with Distributor Supervisor, coach and develop sales
force competence= 
=E2=80=A2 Monitoring implementation of HSSE and SGBP in the distributor= 

Requirements :
=E2=80=A2 At least 5 years in sales position for = lubricant products
=E2=80=A2 Bachelor Degree from any discipline
=E2= =80=A2 Dynamic Detail

Sales Administration Coordinator (Bitumen Pr= oduct)

Responsibilities :
=E2=80=A2 Coordinate all sales order to= Customer Service Center.
=E2=80=A2 Ensure and monitor sales order is re= leased as required and
requested.
=E2=80=A2 Compile data from all distri= butors for monthly forecasting and
monthly sales reports
=E2=80=A2 Monit= or payment release from distributor
=E2=80=A2 Responsible for merchandis= ing control and support marketing
activities / sales activities/ promotion = event.

Requirements :

Transport Logistic Officer (Balikpapan Based)
Responsibilities :
=E2=80=A2 Managing effective distribution of pac= ked products by road
transport
=E2=80=A2 Identify and implement change r= equired to benefit Shell in terms
of packed transport contract management=E2=80=A2 Ensuring optimum
utilisationof vehicles, drivers and other res= ources and meet Shell HSE
requirement
=E2=80=A2 Instituting benchmarking= for packed road transport, to measure
performance relative to best in clas= s.
=E2=80=A2 Custodian for Fleet Management System (FMS)

Requirem= ents :
=E2=80=A2 Bachelor, any degree
=E2=80=A2 A sound working knowl= edge in lubricant supply chain especially
inthe area of warehousing, sched= uling and dispatching, secondary
distribution to secondary depots and custo= mers, fleet management and
operations and safety requirement on road distri= bution.
=E2=80=A2 A clear understanding of the various types at transpor= t
contractsand exposure to consumer based logistics

Treasury Assist= ant

Responsibilities :
=E2=80=A2 Check and review daily cash flow= and movement
=E2=80=A2 Maintain relationship with banks in term of bank= services, prices
and other requirement
=E2=80=A2 Verify Monthly Bank ba= lance and reconciliation
=E2=80=A2 Prepare Monthly Closing Report relate= d to Treasury and Tax
=E2=80=A2 Build-up effective relationship with Tax= Authorities and Tax
Consultants
=E2=80=A2 Provide all tax matters which= is related with retail taxation

Requirements :
=E2=80=A2 Bachelo= r Degree in Accounting from Reputable University
=E2=80=A2 3 years exper= ience handling treasury taxation matters
=E2=80=A2 Have certification i= n Tax Accounting (Brevet A&B) - C

Management Information Administr= ation Assistant

Responsibilities :
=E2=80=A2 Administration for D= istribution Indonesia (liaising with Finance
Distribution as well)
=E2= =80=A2 Liaising with internal and external parties related to
Distribution = Indonesia operation
=E2=80=A2 Supporting Management Information for Fina= ncial and Non
FinancialKPI reporting, HSSE Reporting, etc

Requireme= nts :
=E2=80=A2 University Graduate (S1) preferably in finance / account= ing
=E2=80=A2 2 years experience in multinational company preferably han= dling
finance, accounting / admin
=E2=80=A2 Strong Numerical and Analysi= s skill with goad communication
skilland teamwork
