HSSE Focal Point - Supply Distribut= ion and Commercial Fuels

Responsibilities:
=E2=80=A2 Manage, plan= and implement the various programmes and initiatives
in Supply, Distributi= on and CF included in the fields of Health, Safety,
Security and Environmen= t
=E2=80=A2 Member of the Corporate HSSE team. Act as local HSSE focal p=
ersonand directly responsible for the implementation of the corporate and =
regional initiatives
=E2=80=A2 Develop and implement programmes and init= iatives that will
enhance HSSE awareness amongst all Supply, Distribution a= nd CF staff and
ultimately direct shifting to proactive HSSE culture
=E2= =80=A2 Provide advice and assistance related to HSSE all storage points
wit= hin Supply, Distribution and CF. It is also the HSSE Adviser=E2=80=99s
resp= onsibility to manage/administer the Supply Distribution HSSE
information s= ystem and data including liaison of HSSE audit findings
(internal/group and= external) with other appointed parties, incident
statistics, analysis and = corrective measures
=E2=80=A2 Assist Supply Distribution and CF managem= ent in developing HSSE
performance indices (KPI, scorecards and other perfo= rmance measures) and
tomonitor performance against target
=E2=80=A2 Mon= itor the HSSE performance of Supply Distribution and CF
through proper rec= ording and analysis of all HSSE related incidents, and
tomake sure that in= cidents are coursed through and/or reported to proper
authorities
=E2=80= =A2 Analyse Supply Distribution Incident Statistics for management
reporti= ng requirements and to properly identify areas for enhancement.
After havin= g identified the areas for enhancement, formulate workable
solutions (via a= ssessment tools), in tandem with S&D leadership team, to
address the proble= m.

Requirements:
=E2=80=A2 University graduate from a reputable u= niversity with major in
Mechanical, Process and Electrical Engineering or P= hysics
=E2=80=A2 Master=E2=80=99s Degree in Occupational Safety an advan= tage
=E2=80=A2 Four to eight years=E2=80=99 experience in HSSE or eight =
years=E2=80=99 experience in oil and gas industry or related business, such=
as engineering, construction, chemical and refinery
=E2=80=A2 Computer = skills (able to work Microsoft Windows Based
Application- Outlook, Excel, = Words, PowerPoint)
=E2=80=A2 Strong awareness of occupational health and= security in general
=E2=80=A2 Good skill to carry HSSE audit and invest= igation, statistic data
analysis, improving HSSE awareness and behaviour=E2=80=A2 Mature, proactive,
honest, disciplined, quick follow up, outgoin= g, able to lead and transform
a diverse workforce to deliver result
=E2= =80=A2 Good written and oral communications and presentation skills.
