Responsibilities:

areas and facilitate land acquisition

=E2=80=A2 Understand a= nd resolve issues quickly by maintaining close
working relationships with k= ey local authority personnel
=E2=80=A2 Strong negotiation skills
=E2= =80=A2 Understand land classification systems
=E2=80=A2 Liaise with gove= rnment for building permits.

Requirements:
=E2=80=A2 Business Mas= ter=E2=80=99s Degree in any field of study (MBA)
=E2=80=A2 Six to eight = years=E2=80=99 experience in business development
=E2=80=A2 Real estate = experience preferred
=E2=80=A2 Strong communication skills
=E2=80=A2 = Fluent written and spoken English
=E2=80=A2 Experience in managing a tea= m
=E2=80=A2 Mobility essential.
